We Celebrate Mel Parsons Hitting #1 On The Official Top 40 Albums Chart
We were beyond stoked to celebrate a massive milestone for Mel Parsons, whose latest album Castle Hill has officially hit #1 on the Official Top 40 Albums chart!
This impressive achievement makes Mel only the second New Zealand artist to top the chart this year. A true testament to the incredible support from fans across Aotearoa and beyond.
To mark the historic moment, the DRM NZ team crashed – er, popped up on stage during her sold-out Auckland show to surprise her mid-set with a commemorative plaque.
A huge congratulations to Mel and her team on this milestone release.
AND – thank you to every fan who streamed, purchased, and shared the album to help take it to the top!
